A ministry must first ascertain the programmable space requirements, church’s financial affordability, and a list of specific project goals. Tools, such as a color rendering, fly-around, master site plan, are needed to raise money. The purpose for these tools is to maintain unity among the members as well as to instill a sense of ownership in the project.

“From the Heart Fund Raising” is a campaign that is fresh, yet a biblical approach to raising funds. It will encourage the release of the gifts and resources that are already in your church. Without hype or pressure, the congregation will begin a spiritual journey that will bring them face-to-face with their own personal responsibility as God reveals how He will provide the resources needed through their trust in Him.

The Visionary Master Site Plans are developed by examining existing facilities and calculating future growth projections.  This allows Design experts to strategically place the right type and amount of space in the right location at the right time.  

Driving down square footage costs begins at the planning stage.  Most churches can come close to determining size, scope and budget for their project, however, close is only good in horseshoes. Before design begins, accuracy with the project size, scope and budget calculations are critical to the success of the project.

The Program Planning Report is an effective tool for building unity among church committee and congregational members who are unsure about the following:  What type of ministry space to build?  How much to build? What the congregation can afford or will financially support?   

Most churches either have plans or hope to have plans to build some day. Most church leaders and their building committee lack the experience in building a church facility. Many hours can be wasted as they try to find the best way to start.
