Program Planning Report

The Program Planning Report is a written strategic-needs analysis that translates current and future needs of your ministries into facility and land requirements. These requirements are the basis for:  Developing a solution for your present and future building needs; balancing ministry space for continued growth; phasing the building project; determining church’s affordability and construction budget; maximizing the effectiveness of the site; and providing an accurate cost estimate of the building project.  

The Program Planning Report is an effective tool for building unity among church committee and congregational members who are unsure about the following:  What type of ministry space to build?  How much to build? What the congregation can afford or will financially support?  How, what and when to communicate to the congregation to gain ownership and financial support for the building program?
